CRAZY EX-GIRLFRIEND SEASON 3 (2017) TV Preview

The story of Rebecca Bunch continues with Season 3 of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, which October 13.

After two seasons of sad and desperate attempts to rekindle her meaningless high-school romance, she has been abandoned at the altar. Rightfully so. There is no way the marriage would have worked. She isn't ready for a long-term relationship. She has a long journey to mental health ahead of her.

Romans 12:17-18 says, "Never pay back evil with more evil. Do things in such a way that everyone can see you are honorable. Do all that you can to live in peace with everyone." -NLT

Of course, she doesn't understand that yet. She has no sense of identity or security without a man. If she has any hope of achieving in life, she must learn to live independently.

Meanwhile, everyone in her life is pursuing their own health and welfare.
  • Josh begins seminary.
  • Greg returns to business school.
  • Paula and her husband go to therapy.
  • Valencia and Heather stay single to pursue their career aspirations.
  • This time, she wants revenge, which is a scary and dangerous place for Josh.
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.

Mark 11:25 says, "But when you are praying, first forgive anyone you are holding a grudge against, so that your Father in heaven will forgive your sins, too." -NLT

Unless, this is another desperate attempt to get him back.

Impossible, of course. Deep down, she has to know that. She still needs to understand and accept it. Will she come to terms with the reality of her situation by season's end? I look forward to watching.
